Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and landscape drawings, plans, and layouts.

- Review architect approvals and assist in design development and project coordination.

- Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and project teams.

- Review drawings and ensure accuracy as per project requirements.

- Assist in preparing working and submission drawings.

- Coordinate with site teams for drawing-related clarifications.

- Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architecture, real estate, or construction.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

- Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit will be an added advantage.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
