About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Architect to own the technical vision, architectural strategy, and enterprise deployment of next-generation Generative AI, Multi-Agent systems, and Document Intelligence platforms.

In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and resilient, enterprise-grade engineering. You will be responsible for defining reference architectures, governing technical standards, driving innovation across complex AI pipelines, and leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Architecture & Governance

1. Enterprise AI Blueprinting: Design scalable, secure, and resilient end-to-end architectures for Generative AI applications, multi-agent frameworks, and complex data intelligence platforms integrated into enterprise ecosystems.

2. Architectural Governance & Standards: Define enterprise standards, design patterns, guardrails, and best practices for LLM integration, agentic workflows, prompt management, model evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.

3. Solution Strategy & Pre-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with enterprise clients, CXOs, and stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-impact AI technical roadmaps,



leading technical proposals, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and technical due diligence.

4. Responsible AI & Security: Establish frameworks for Responsible AI, LLM security (e.g., OWASP top 10 for LLMs, prompt injection mitigation), data privacy, compliance, and governance across all AI solutions.

5. Cost & Performance Optimization: Architect system-level optimizations for inference latency, token efficiency, caching, model quantization, and cloud resource consumption to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Hands-On Technical Leadership & Engineering ● Agentic Systems & Multi-Agent Frameworks: Architect autonomous multi-agent orchestration systems (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) for complex enterprise workflow automation.

● Advanced RAG & Unstructured Data Processing: Design state-of-the-art Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures incorporating hybrid search, graph RAG, re-ranking strategies, vector databases, and multi-modal document processing pipelines (Vision LLMs, LayoutLM, Azure Document Intelligence).

● Enterprise Integration & API Architecture: Oversee the architectural design of high-throughput, asynchronous microservices architectures (Python, FastAPI) and their integration with modern frontend interfaces and cloud platforms.

● Technical Mentorship & Capability Building: Mentor senior developers, technical leads, and engineering teams on advanced LLM engineering patterns, scalable software architecture, and state-of-the-art AI technologies.

Required Experience and Qualifications

● Overall Professional Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and technical leadership.

● AI/ML & GenAI Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience architecting, building, and deploying production-grade AI/ML, OCR, and Generative AI systems at scale.

● Architectural Mastery: Demonstrated track record of architecting distributed systems, cloud-native microservices, and enterprise data/AI platforms.

Core Technical Competencies● Generative AI & LLMs:



Deep architectural experience with commercial and open-source models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama), Multi-Agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), and LLM evaluation/observability tooling (LangSmith, TruLens, Ragas, Arize).

● RAG & Vector Architecture: Expertise in designing enterprise vector retrieval architecture using databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, and PGVector, along with advanced chunking, semantic routing, and hybrid search methods.

● Document Intelligence & Computer Vision: Deep expertise in document processing, OCR, Multi-Modal/Vision LLMs (PaddleOCR, LayoutLM, Azure Document Intelligence) for complex unstructured data extraction.

● Backend & Cloud Infrastructure: Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, AsyncIO, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and serverless compute models.

● Full-Stack & UX Strategy: Architectural familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, TypeScript) to guide interface design for AI control towers, operational dashboards, and dynamic UI workflow.

Preferred Experience & Education

● Experience with enterprise cloud data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL).

● Proven track record in client-facing technical leadership, enterprise consulting, and executive stakeholder management.

● In-depth understanding of edge AI, model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and custom model hosting strategies (vLLM, Ollama, Triton).
