Job Summary

Geni Homes Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to handle architectural design and technical drawing requirements for residential real estate projects. The candidate should have robust knowledge of 2D and 3D design, Vastu, and various technical drawings related to construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models, views, and presentations for residential projects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and understand Vastu-based residential layouts and designs.
- Prepare and coordinate plumbing and sanitary drawings.
- Prepare and coordinate electrical drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, plumbing, and electrical requirements.
- Develop drawings based on project requirements, site conditions, and client needs.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, site teams, and customers whenever required.




- Conduct site visits and ensure drawings are properly implemented at the project site.
- Make necessary revisions based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and suitable for construction.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements

- B.Arch / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential real estate or construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D design.
- Good knowledge of Vastu principles and residential planning.
- Experience in plumbing, sanitary, and electrical drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential villas, individual houses, apartments, and real estate development projects will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
