About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our Design Team and contribute to architectural projects from concept development through execution. The role will involve design development, working drawings, technical detailing, documentation, project coordination, client/consultant coordination and site support, depending on experience and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in / lead architectural concepts, space planning and design proposals.
- Prepare and review plans, sections, elevations and working drawings.
- Develop detailed design and technical drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare and revise drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
- Assist in / manage material selection, specifications and technical detailing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and support resolution of design and execution issues.
- Coordinate architectural requirements with structural and MEPF teams.




- Maintain project drawings, revisions and project documentation.
- Ensure design quality, accuracy and timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Guide and review work of junior team members, where applicable.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and design discussions, as required.

Skills & Requirements

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / Revit
- Enscape / Lumion
- Good knowledge of Architectural Working Drawings
- Understanding of building materials, construction and technical detailing
- Basic to strong knowledge of BIM workflows
- Understanding of building bye-laws and development regulations
- Positive design, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and design thinking
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and project teams
