Role Description The Architect role at Nakhsha Builders is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysuru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and creating practical design solutions that align with client requirements and local regulations.

Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand needs, coordinating with engineers and site teams, reviewing project feasibility, and ensuring designs are structurally sound and efficient. The role involves preparing 2D and 3D plans, assisting with material selection,



and supporting quality checks during construction to maintain design integrity. The Architect is expected to collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in architectural design, space planning, and concept development.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a focus on practical, buildable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial construction projects, preferably with on-site coordination.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Mysuru and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
