Job Overview

- Role Title: Junior Architect / Architect (1–2 Years Experience)

- Experience Level: 1–2 years of professional architectural practice or studio work

- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent accredited degree

Key Responsibilities

- Design &
- Drafting:

Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.

- 3D Visualization &

- Modeling:

Assist in creating 3D models, physical or digital models, and photorealistic renderings using tools like SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, or Adobe Photoshop.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior architects, structural/MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors during design and execution stages.

- Site Visits &

- Documentation:

Conduct site visits for measurements, data collection, progress tracking, and ensuring work matches approved designs.

- Material &

- BOQ Support:

Assist in material selection, mood boards, basic estimations,



and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) preparation.

- Regulatory Compliance: Help verify that plans align with local building codes, zoning laws, and municipal guidelines.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Technical Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and presentation platforms like the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

- Design &
- Detailing:

Strong spatial visualization, conceptual design, and architectural detailing abilities.

- Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of building materials, construction methodologies, structural systems, and local building bylaws.

- Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude to work effectively in a studio environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
