About the Role

We are seeking an Architect II to take on a larger role in project development and coordination.

Responsibilities include

- Developing architectural designs from concept to detailed stages
- Preparing drawings, presentations, and documentation sets
- Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Supporting project management and design coordination
- Assisting in construction documentation and detailing
- Contributing to design discussions and studio reviews

This role requires someone who is confident in managing design tasks and contributing meaningfully to project delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Revit or BIM workflows preferred
- Strong design development and detailing skills
- Ability to manage project tasks independently
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
