Job Summary

Geni Homes Private Limited is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential planning, architectural drawings, site coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed working drawings for residential projects.
- Prepare and review 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Visit project sites to review progress and ensure execution is as per approved designs.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and applicable building regulations.
- Review drawings and make necessary modifications based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Assist in planning and execution of villas, residential buildings, and other real estate developments.




- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project-related architectural details.
- Provide practical and cost-effective design solutions while maintaining quality and functionality.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture, preferably in residential/real estate projects.
- Robust knowledge of architectural design, planning, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle architectural requirements from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For A responsible and detail-oriented architect who can take ownership of projects, coordinate effectively with different teams, and deliver practical, aesthetically appealing, and execution-friendly designs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
