Role Description The Architect will work on-site at the Nashik studio in a full-time capacity, collaborating with the design team to develop architectural concepts from initial sketches through detailed design and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details, and ensuring that projects align with contemporary, minimal, and vernacular design principles.

The role involves engaging with consultants and vendors, supporting project coordination, and assisting in site visits to review construction progress and resolve design issues. The Architect will contribute to design presentations, participate in internal design reviews,



and help maintain quality and consistency across all project deliverables. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects on varied projects and grow within a design-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and design details.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM, or workflow optimization is advantageous.
- Proven Project Management abilities, including planning tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Robust understanding of contemporary and vernacular design principles, sustainable design practices, and local building regulations.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio setting.
- Prior experience in architectural firms or internships contributing to built or under-construction projects is preferred.
