Duties and Responsibilities

Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.  Consulting with other professionals about the designs.  Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.

 Liasoning with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.  Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.





 Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.

 Playing a part in project and team management.

 Travelling as & when required to building sites, proposed locations.

 Understanding the current drawings.

 Should be creative, organized, responsible & details oriented.

Qualifications  Education – Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Skills Required  Auto CAD Knowledge  MS Office Knowledge  Good Communication Skills  Valuable Interpersonal Skills  Coordination Skills  Patience Salary Details Depending upon the requirement.

Working conditions Candidate should have minimum 5 no. of years of experience in Corporate industry.
