We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Aquaculture Marketing Professionals to expand our market footprint across various coastal and aquaculture hubs in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of aquaculture inputs (such as shrimp/fish feed, probiotics, healthcare supplements) and building solid, lasting relationships with local aqua farmers and distributors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Fisheries Science, Zoology, or an MBA / PGDM in Agribusiness / Marketing.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B or direct-to-farmer sales within the aquaculture or commercial agriculture sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of shrimp (Penaeus vannamei) or fish farming cycles, water preparation, and common disease management.
- Soft Skills:



Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone, as this role involves extensive field travel.
