Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Apprentice Tele Verification to support data management, report generation, and business analytics. The candidate will work with various departments to prepare accurate reports, maintain data integrity, and assist management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Collect, validate, and maintain business data from different departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Collections, HR, and IT teams for MIS requirements.
- Assist in data analysis and identify trends for business improvement.
- Maintain records and documentation related to MIS activities.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requirements as assigned by management.





Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, Charts).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and logical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Preferred Skills

- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Power BI or Tableau (optional).
- Familiarity with financial or operational reports.
- Basic understanding of NBFC/MFI operations (preferred but not mandatory).
