We are looking for application support engineer with below skills set.
Skills Required:
- Solid understanding of Incident, Problem & Change Management
Hands-on experience in integrated L2 support Experience with Clouds (AWS preferred) will be beneficial
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis and performance tuning
- Experience with SQL
- Log monitoring & APM tools (Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)
- Basic server troubleshooting (Windows/Linux environments)
- Version control systems (Git)
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools JIRA/SNOW
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
