We are looking for an Application & Systems Analyst (UAT) with experience in digital payments to manage end-to-end UAT testing, NPCI certification, client testing, merchant onboarding, PSP integration, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage UAT cycles, client testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.

- Support NPCI certification, documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.

- Perform API testing, PSP integrations, troubleshooting, and log analysis.

- Handle production issues, escalations, deployments, and go-live readiness.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams, while guiding junior team members.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in UAT testing, application support, or system analysis.

- Strong knowledge of digital payment systems such as UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AePS, or API Banking.

- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL, Apache Tomcat, API testing, and defect management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.

- Understanding of deployment, configuration management, incident management, and NPCI certification.

- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
