Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications and web-based applications.
- Develop and manage company applications for Sales, CRM, Operations, and Service departments.
- Create user-friendly interfaces and smooth navigation for Android and iOS platforms, as required.
- Develop features for lead management, customer data,



employee management, task tracking, and service requests.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
- Manage database structures, data security, user authentication, and access permissions.
- Coordinate with management and different departments to understand business requirements.
- Test applications, identify bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions.
- Maintain application performance, data accuracy, security, and reliability.
- Provide technical support, application updates, and ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
