We are looking for an Analyst/ Finance Accounting for one of our esteemed clients in Pan India having experience into Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting skilled with experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate accounting.
- Perform invoice verification, validation, and matching with POs/receipts.
- Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation and aging analysis.
- Support payment processing and month-end activities.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

- Process customer invoices and credit/debit notes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Perform customer account reconciliation.




- Handle cash application and payment allocation.
- Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments.

Record-to-Report (RTR):

- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform bank, GL, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform accruals, provisions, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
- Experience in AP, AR, RTR, or general accounting.
- Good knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle high-volume transactions.
