About the Role

As an Analyst, Capital Consultant, you'll sit directly in client and lender conversations rather than just receiving financials to model after the fact. You'll lead the financial workstream on assigned transactions — collecting, validating, and analyzing client financials to support deal structuring — while working closely with a Capital Consultant across the full deal lifecycle, from qualification through disbursal.

What You Will Do

1. Lead the financial workstream on assigned transactions — collecting, validating, and analyzing client financials, cash flows, and repayment capacity to support deal structuring.
2. Support structuring across debt products including venture debt, working capital, structured credit, and acquisition financing.
3. Prepare credit assessment materials — cash flow coverage analysis, debt sizing inputs, and comparable-transaction benchmarking — under the Capital Consultant's direction.
4. Draft deal one-pagers, engagement letters,



and lender-facing documentation.
5. Join client diligence and lender negotiation calls, tracking structuring decisions and follow-up items.
6. Conduct market, sector, and comparable-transaction research to inform deal positioning and terms.
7. Track each deal through its stages — qualification, structuring, lender matching, and disbursal — keeping CRM records accurate and coordinating with lenders on documents and scheduling.
8. Support invoicing and collections coordination with the Ops team, and monitor post-disbursal portfolio performance for early signs of credit stress.

What We're Looking For

1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or lending (NBFC credit experience strongly preferred) (Internships will be considered)
2. At least 6 months of hands-on exposure to credit underwriting or debt structuring.
3. Strong working knowledge of financial statements — P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow.
4. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
5. Advanced Excel skills, with comfort building financial models under time pressure.
6. Robust communication skills — comfortable sitting in on live client and lender calls.
