Analyst / Senior Analyst – ACH Operations Department: Banking Operations Location: Noida Shift: Rotational / US Business Hours Coverage Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Reports To: Team Lead / Operations Manager About the Role We are looking for an Analyst / Senior Analyst – ACH Operations to join our banking operations team in Noida. The role will involve handling ACH transactions, Proof of Authorization (POA) validation, ACH returns, Death Notification Entries, and ACH-related customer communications. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of ACH processes, attention to detail, and the ability to process transactions accurately within defined timelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities ACH Operations • Validate Proof of Authorization (POA) for ACH transactions.

- Review and process ACH returns in accordance with established procedures.
- Handle Death Notification Entries (DNE) accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review ACH transactions and supporting documentation for completeness.
- Prepare and review ACH-related letters and customer communications.
- Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of ACH transaction records.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions to the appropriate team or manager.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned ACH activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for processed transactions.




- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve ACH-related queries and exceptions.
- Ensure all activities are completed accurately within defined turnaround times.

Required Skills &

Experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACH Operations or US Banking Operations.

- Strong knowledge of ACH processes and ACH returns.
- Hands-on experience in Proof of Authorization (POA) validation.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Death Notification Entries (DNE).
- Experience in preparing and reviewing ACH-related letters and communications.
- Good understanding of US banking operations and ACH processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet defined turnaround times.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts / US business hours coverage.

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in US banking operations or financial services.
- Familiarity with ACH processing systems and banking platforms will be an advantage.
