Location: Nagothane, Maharashtra – Manufacturing / Petrochemical Site

Position Overview

Experienced Analyser Engineer / Technician for maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of Process Analysers & Gas Chromatographs (GC), with expertise in instrumentation, sampling systems, documentation, and HSE practices.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electronics
- 3–5 years in GC/Process/Stack Analysers
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical, polyester industries preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of GC & analysers.
- Knowledge of 5 analyser types –

Gas Chromatographs, pH/Conductivity/DO,

Sodium/Silica,

Moisture, Oxygen, Density,

IR/Hydrocarbon, SOx/NOx, H₂, Combustible Gas

- Familiarity with sampling systems, tube fittings,



safe cylinder handling, tools, and field troubleshooting.
- Adherence to HSE policies, PPE use, risk assessment, hazardous area compliance, and documentation.

Language Requirements The candidate can read and write English, and read, speak, and write Hindi/Marathi/regional languages.

Preferred Industry Experience

Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Polyester, and other similar process industries.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable as per experience

Overtime: paid separately, if applicable

Accommodation: shared bachelor accommodation

Candidate: 2 candidates with relevant hands-on experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
