Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for electricians, ITIs, and other stakeholders on solar PV systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop curriculum materials, assessments, and evaluation tools to measure trainee progress.
- Collaborate with industry partners to stay updated on latest technologies and best practices in the field.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience as an electrician or technical trainer in the renewable energy sector (solar).
- Solid understanding of electricals, inverters, PMKVY (Prime Minister's Knowledge Scheme), NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) certifications.
- Proven track record of designing engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
