Role: Amazon Seller Account Manager
About the Role
TMFOZ is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Amazon Seller Account Manager to manage Amazon seller accounts, support sellers with day-to-day account operations, monitor account health, resolve seller-related issues, and ensure smooth account management. The candidate will work closely with sellers to help them understand Amazon processes, maintain account compliance, and manage their marketplace operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and day-to-day operations.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance.
- Handle product listings, catalogue updates, and listing-related issues.
- Manage seller support cases and follow up on account-related issues.
- Assist sellers with order management, inventory updates, and operational queries.
- Identify account performance issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with sellers and provide timely updates.
- Prepare account performance reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective support to sellers.
Required Skills:
- 1 year or more of basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple seller accounts efficiently.
- Willingness to learn Amazon policies, processes, and account management practices.
- Experience: Candidates with relevant Amazon Seller Central experience may apply.
