We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with solid expertise in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, IVR development, contact center integrations, and AWS serverless technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions.

- Create and manage Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, and Agent Configuration.

- Develop and enhance IVR and ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) functionalities.

- Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems using REST APIs and CRM platforms.

- Configure and optimize Amazon Lex Chatbots for conversational experiences.

- Implement and support Contact Lens for call analytics and insights.

- Develop serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

- Manage and maintain AWS resources such as S3 Buckets, IAM Roles, and CloudWatch Monitoring.

- Troubleshoot contact center issues and ensure high availability of solutions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand contact center requirements and implement.
