- Should be comfortable working in a agile work culture
- Strong knowledge of vehicle placement from open market and should be okay doing it himself
- Extensive vendor base for single axle & multi axle trucks
- Well versed with price of the currently managed routes
- Client escalation management
- Maintaining excellent client relations
- Must have managed accidental/ shortage/ damage/ insurance/ wet damage cases
- Proactive in approach
- Good email writing skills
- Experience with FMCG clients would be an added advantage
