Role & responsibilities
1. Calculate product costs for solar modules, including raw materials (e.g., solar cells, EVA sheets, glass, frames), labor, and overheads.
2. Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing structures in SAP
3. Analyze cost variances (standard vs actuals), including purchase price variance, Production Variance, usage efficiency, and scrap rates.
4. Work with production, procurement, and engineering, plant operations and FP&A; to review cost drivers and improve cost accuracy.
5. Coordinate in monthly costing run with plant finance and playing a significant contributor in stadard cost defination
6. Lead monthly standard cost revision process in coordination with operations and FP&A; / Finance team.
7. Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions for Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).
8. Ensure accurate inventory valuation and monthly inventory close in SAP.
