Role Summary: Primarily for handling contracts, IPR management, conducting industry specific research, assisting in day to day advisory and co-ordination with Company counsels.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management

- Draft, review, and manage standard contracts for all businesses, including vendor, consultant, service, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and timely renewals.
- Maintain and update contract trackers and documentation.

1. Compliance & Regulatory Management

- Support and manage the Compliance Program for BFI/Hospital, including:
- Compliance trainings and awareness programs
- Periodic vouching and auditing of compliances
- User access change management, pruning of user lists, and documentation
- Conduct and support Medical Records Audits to ensure statutory and regulatory adherence.
- Collate, maintain, and track all statutory licenses, approvals, and renewals across hospital and fertility units.
- Implement compliance-related processes, SOPs, and internal controls.

1. IPR Management

- Manage and coordinate Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)



matters across all businesses, including trademarks,copyrights, and brand usage.
- Liaise with external counsels and internal stakeholders on IPR filings, renewals, and enforcement.

1. Tracker & Documentation Management

- Maintain and regularly update legal trackers Hospital/BFI, covering:
- Contracts
- Litigation
- Licenses and regulatory approvals
- Ensure accuracy, version control, and timely reporting.

Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience: B.A. LLB (LLM preferable). Member of Indian Bar Council. Candidates having experience in Healthcare sector would be preferred. Should have a sound working knowledge of legal statutes and legal framework. Pre-requisites for Consideration of candidates:
