Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Air Export Coordination activities from booking to flight departure.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, pickup requirements, and documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, GSA, co-loaders, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and internal teams.
- Check airline schedules, flight availability, cut-off times, ETD, ETA, routing, and transit time.
- Arrange and coordinate cargo pickup from customers or suppliers.
- Coordinate with the customs clearance team for timely export customs clearance and documentation.
- Ensure cargo reaches the airline/CFS/terminal within the required cut-off time.
- Prepare and verify HAWB, MAWB, shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with airlines for booking confirmation, space availability, cargo acceptance, and flight details.
- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and overseas agents.
- Follow up on customs clearance, cargo handover, screening, weighing, and airline acceptance.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for timely submission of required documents.
- Handle amendments, shipment changes, delays, rollovers, and other operational issues.




- Coordinate with overseas agents regarding pre-alerts and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for shipment-related billing and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly shipment status reports as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, airlines, customs internal team ,

transporters, and overseas agents.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Air Export Operations / Coordination / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
- Good knowledge of air export procedures and shipment handling.
- Knowledge of HAWB, MAWB, airline booking, customs clearance, and cargo handling.
- Experience dealing with airlines, GSA, co-loaders, transporters, customs brokers,

and overseas agents.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet strict airline cut-off deadlines.
- Experience with an international freight forwarder or customs broker will be preferred.
