Role Description

We're hiring 5 AI Video Editor , also called a Forward Deployed Editor or Forward Deployed Creative . This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility to work from home.

You'll be an AI-first editor placed with our clients. You'll use Claude and the latest AI video tools to generate, edit and finish video content. You'll sit close to the client, understand what they need and deliver high-quality work at a speed traditional editing can't reach. You won't spend your time dragging clips on a timeline. You'll direct AI to do the heavy lifting, run several projects in parallel and bring the taste that turns a raw generation into a great edit.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with clients to understand their brand, audience and goals, then turn briefs into finished videos
- Use Claude to generate and edit video: scripting, shot planning, generation, cutting, sound and finishing
- Write strong prompts and keep refining them until the output matches the creative vision
- Run multiple AI workflows in parallel to increase output without lowering quality
- Judge every cut on pacing, story, sound design, colour grading and continuity, and fix what isn't working
- Share feedback with our product team on what works, what breaks and what's missing in AI-first editing

What We're Looking For

- A strong editorial eye. You can tell a good edit from a bad one and explain why.
- A solid grasp of the craft: pacing, storytelling, sound design , colour grading , motion and visual continuity
- Good prompting skills.



You're comfortable working with Claude or other LLMs and enjoy getting precise results from them.
- Experience editing marketing, ad, social or product content (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalent is a plus)
- Comfort working with clients: you communicate clearly, take feedback well and own deadlines
- The ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-moving setting
- Curiosity about AI tools and a habit of trying new ones before anyone asks

What Your First Month Looks Like

- Weeks 1–2: Training. We'll train you to become an AI-first editor. You'll learn our tools and workflows for generating and editing video with AI, and how to run multiple parallel threads.
- Week 3: Client trial. You'll work on a live client project on a trial basis.
- Week 4 onwards: Full-time client work. You'll be deployed full-time on client projects.
- Client rotation: You'll move to a new client every 3–6 months, so you'll work across many brands, formats and creative challenges.

Compensation & Location

- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Location: HSR Layout (27th Main), Bengaluru. Work from office, 5 days a week.
