About the Role

STEMx Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers to join our team as STEM Trainers. The selected candidates will conduct interactive STEM and Robotics sessions in partner schools, helping students develop technical knowledge, creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills through hands-on learning activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in Robotics, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct STEM and Robotics training sessions for students in assigned schools.
- Explain basic robotics, electronics, coding, and engineering concepts through practical activities.
- Demonstrate the use of robotics kits, sensors, motors, and other STEM equipment.
- Guide students in building robotics models, completing projects, and participating in innovation challenges.
- Encourage students to develop creativity, logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson materials and conduct engaging, activity-based learning sessions.
- Maintain robotics kits, equipment, and other learning materials properly.
- Track student progress and submit daily session reports and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with school teachers, coordinators, and the internal STEMx team.




- Follow the assigned school schedule and ensure punctuality and skilled conduct.
- Participate in internal training programs to improve technical and teaching skills.

Educational Qualifications
- Diploma, BCA/MCA/B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Robotics and STEM education are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Robotics, Electronics, or STEM concepts.
- Interest in learning programming, Arduino, sensors, motors, and robotics kits.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for teaching and working with school students.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
