AI Specialist [4+yrs]

We are looking for an AI Specialist to help establish and scale AI capabilities across our organization. This role goes beyond building models; it focuses on executing high-impact use cases, experimenting and industrializing successful solutions.

You should be comfortable using AI tools yourself and will act as a bridge between business and technology, enabling teams to adopt AI effectively and responsibly.

Your Responsibilities

- AI Delivery & Experimentation

- Build POCs and production-ready AI solutions
- Continuously improve and scale successful use cases with domain teams

- AI Use Case Development
- Build AI solution from scratch
- Improve and industrialize existing solution
- Automate validation and compliance checks

- Enhance efficiency
- AI Trends & Innovation
- Continuously explore emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks
- Evaluate relevance and applicability to business needs

- Recommend adoption where valuable
- Communication & Community Building
- Run a Community of Practice (CoP) for AI
- Share: Use cases, Learnings, Best practices
- Collaborate with other CoPs across the organization
- Training & Enablement

- Educate teams on

- AI capabilities and limitation

- Existing tools and opportunities
- Conduct workshops and enablement sessions




- Promote responsible and effective AI usage
- System & Architecture Thinking

- Support teams in designing

To succeed, you will need:

- Education:Masters degree in computer science or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in AI and platforms
- Experience building or deploying real-world AI solutions
- Strong understanding of LLMs and applied AI
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate
- Valuable understanding of governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture
- Willingness to work in large, international teams and collaborate across cultures

Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent-based systems
- Experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, API Management, monitoring, identity & access control)
- Python (preferred) or Node.js

- Experience with
- OpenAI / Microsoft ecosystem APIs

- Prompt engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- API integration and backend systems
- Basic understanding of data handling
- Handling hallucinations and edge cases

- Evaluating AI outputs

Nice to Have

- Exposure to the product development lifecycle
- Experience working in agile product teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Basic functional analysis skills (e.g., Use cases, UML)
- Working with embeddings / vector search /Knowledge Graph
