Role Description The AI Product Manager Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vinukonda. This role involves designing and delivering training programs that equip learners with skills in AI product management, including product lifecycle planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with engineering and data science teams.

The trainer will create structured curricula, prepare training materials, conduct classroom and workshop sessions, and use real-world case studies and projects to explain AI product strategy, model deployment, and performance evaluation.



The role also includes assessing learner progress, providing feedback and mentoring, and continuously updating content to reflect the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and product management practices. The trainer will coordinate with internal teams to align training outcomes with industry needs and support placement or career guidance activities for program participants.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI and machine learning concepts, including model development, deployment, and evaluation.
- Experience in product management, covering product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.
- Background in teaching, training, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and design structured learning paths.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and working with engineering and data teams on product delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with strong documentation and curriculum development abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI or product management are an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-related tools or platforms (e.g., Python-based ML frameworks, cloud AI services) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Vinukonda and engage with learners from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
