Job Summary

Mobius Bloom Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated AI / ML Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, and AI technologies, along with an interest in developing intelligent solutions for real-world business problems.

The role involves working on AI/ML models, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
- Build and optimize AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Work with data preprocessing, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
- Explore and implement LLM-based applications and prompt engineering techniques.
- Develop RAG-based solutions using vector databases and relevant frameworks.
- Integrate AI models and third-party APIs into existing applications.
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to implement AI features.
- Evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts,



algorithms, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data processing, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Understanding of APIs and their integration into applications.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Experience or familiarity with vector databases and embedding models.
- Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI services.
- Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, and cloud platforms.

Work Location Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This is an on-site position, and the selected candidate is expected to work from the company's office.
