Role Overview Dedicated team responsible for LLM fine-tuning, dataset preparation, experimentation, evaluation, model improvement, and continuous AI/ML R&D;.

Senior ML/AI Engineer – 1 Position

Experience: 4–8 years

Responsibilities:

- Lead LLM fine-tuning and model development initiatives.
- Design and manage training/evaluation datasets.
- Work with SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT, RAG, and prompt optimization.
- Build model evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
- Analyze model performance and drive improvements.
- Lead experiments and mentor junior engineers.

Skills: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, fine-tuning, model evaluation, GPU/cloud environments. Junior/Fresher ML Engineer – 2 Positions

Experience: 0–2 years

Responsibilities:





- Prepare, clean, and validate datasets.
- Support LLM fine-tuning and experimentation.
- Run model evaluation and benchmarking.
- Analyze model outputs, errors, and hallucinations.
- Assist with RAG, prompt engineering, and model improvement.
- Document experiments and results.

Skills: Python, ML/DL fundamentals, NLP/LLMs, Pandas/NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow; Hugging Face/Generative AI exposure preferred.

Key Requirement

These are dedicated Model Development/R&D; roles and will focus on continuous experimentation and model improvement rather than regular production support.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
