We are looking for a curious and motivated AI Intern to join our team and help automate everyday business operations using AI and automation tools. You will work on real projects that save time, reduce manual effort and improve how our teams work in a fast-moving freight and logistics environment.
What you will do
- Identify repetitive tasks across teams and suggest ways to automate them
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate
- Write Python scripts to clean data, process files and connect systems through APIs
- Use LLMs (such as Claude) to classify and summarise emails, extract data from documents, and draft responses
- Create reports and dashboards to track the impact of your automations
- Document each workflow clearly so others can use and maintain it
- Test your automations for accuracy and reliability,
keeping a human review step where needed
What we are looking for
Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc or a related degree (freshers welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Valuable command of Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of how APIs and JSON work
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn
- Good communication skills
Good to have
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with prompt writing or an AI API
- Basic SQL
- Personal or college projects in AI or automation (share a GitHub link or portfolio)
