Senior Engineering Manager

Tuebora is building AI-driven cybersecurity solutions focused on solving real enterprise problems. We’re looking for a strong engineering leader who can own technology, build high-performing teams and drive product innovation.

What You’ll Own

- Lead and scale Tuebora's engineering teams
- Drive engineering execution, releases and product roadmap.
- Provide strong technical leadership, architecture guidance and mentorship.
- Work closely with Product, Services and leadership.
- Drive meaningful adoption of AI, LLMs and AI Agents across engineering and the product.
- Build the right team structure, capabilities and processes to support scale and delivery.

What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
- Strong B2B/product engineering background, preferably in startup/lean environments.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong technical foundation with technologies such as Java, ReactJS, Python, cloud and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI/LLMs/AI Agents, with a genuine journey of AI adoption and transformation.
- Cloud-native experience with AWS/Azure/GCP,



Docker and Kubernetes.
- Robust design and architecture skills, with the ability to explain and defend technical decisions.
- Assessment will focus less on the number of technologies you know and more on how deeply you understand what you know and how you apply it.
- Strong problem-solving and thought process - how you approach ambiguity, make decisions and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Demonstrated technical leadership through real-world scenarios and engineering decisions.
- Experience defining and owning KPIs, engineering goals and measurable outcomes.
- Strong engineering management skills across people, process, team capability and skill development.
- Experience championing AI literacy and adoption within engineering teams/functions.
- A forward-looking mindset on AI-powered full-stack engineering, and the evolution from traditionally siloed frontend, backend and QA roles toward more integrated engineering teams.
- Customer-focused, collaborative and execution-oriented leadership.
