Role Description As an AI Engineer at Neeyam.ai, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems that power autonomous agents for complex enterprise tasks. You will build and optimize neural network architectures, implement and refine NLP models, and create robust pipelines for data processing, training, and evaluation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with other engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, writing high-quality, scalable software, and conducting experiments to improve pattern recognition and decision-making capabilities. You will also participate in system design discussions, contribute to technical documentation,



and help define best practices for secure and reliable agent behavior. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, tuning, and evaluating modern ML models.
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as language models, retrieval systems, and text understanding.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, C++, Rust) and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience deploying models to production, working with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to work autonomously in a lean, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Comfort with experimentation, debugging complex systems, and iterating quickly based on data and feedback.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
