About the Role

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building intelligent systems that can automate business processes, interact with tools and APIs, and solve real-world problems using AI.

You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including autonomous/semi-autonomous AI agents and workflow automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows using LLMs.
- Build AI-powered automation solutions to reduce manual and repetitive business processes.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other foundation models.
- Develop systems that enable AI agents to use tools, APIs, databases, and external services.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using documents, databases, and knowledge bases.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize prompts for accuracy, reliability, and cost.
- Integrate AI models with existing applications, APIs, and internal systems.
- Build workflows for tasks such as data processing, content generation, information extraction, customer support, research, and business automation.
- Work with frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Develop and integrate APIs using Python and REST APIs.




- Work with vector databases and embeddings for AI search and knowledge retrieval.
- Test and evaluate AI applications for accuracy, latency, reliability, and hallucination.
- Monitor and improve AI agents and automation workflows based on real-world usage.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI automation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and AI automation.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of skilled or strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or software development involving AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Practical experience working with LLMs and Generative AI APIs.
- Understanding of AI Agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience building AI-powered automation or workflow-based applications.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM application development.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
- Basic understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and standard software development practices.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
