GurZac Biz Solutions Private Limited is hiring AI & Digital Transformation Lead for it' s renowned Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client for Mumbai Location

- AI & Automation : The AI & Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing technology and AI-driven solutions across the organization.
- Focus on improving operational efficiency, automation, reporting, document management, workflow systems, and cybersecurity preparedness.
- Identify areas across the organization where AI and automation can improve productivity and efficiency.
- Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, SaaS tools, and automation software.
- Build scalable AI-driven workflows across departments.
- Digital Transformation:



Map current operational workflows and identify digitization opportunities.
- Coordinate implementation of ERP/eQMS/digital tracking systems where required.
- Vendor & Technology Management : Evaluate external software vendors and technology partners

Preferred candidate profile

- This role requires someone who is passionate about technology and is excited to implement robust changes in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Candidate available for early joining would be preferred.
