Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic AI Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team at the Guindy Corporate Office, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining AI-powered applications and automation solutions to improve business operations, enhance productivity, and support the organization's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered applications and solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and develop AI tools, chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI APIs to build practical business applications.
- Develop and integrate AI solutions with existing software, databases, websites, and internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across HR, administration, operations, and other departments.
- Assist in developing AI-based tools for data processing, reporting, document management, and information retrieval.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Test, debug, and optimize AI models and applications for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Work with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks to build and deploy applications.
- Collaborate with the HR, MIS, IT, and management teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable AI solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, project reports, and application updates.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions for organizational requirements.




- Ensure appropriate data privacy, security, and responsible handling of organizational and patient-related information.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve deployed AI applications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in AI development, software development, or a related technical role.
- Good knowledge of Python programming.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience working with AI APIs, such as OpenAI APIs or similar services.
- Basic knowledge of databases, REST APIs, and software integration.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, testing, and deployment processes is an advantage.
