Urgent Hiring for AI Developer for Sales will design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems to optimize sales strategies, predict market demand, and automate retail execution. This role bridges data science and commercial strategy to drive revenue growth in the highly competitive food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Predictive Analytics

· Build predictive models to forecast product demand at the regional, store, and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) levels.

· Analyze historical sales data, seasonal trends, weather patterns, and promotional calendars to optimize inventory and prevent stock outs.

· Develop algorithms to predict customer churn and identify accounts with high growth potential.

Sales Optimization & Personalization





· Design recommendation engines for the B2B sales team to suggest optimal product mixes (Next-Best-Action) to retail clients.

· Implement AI models for energetic pricing and promotional effectiveness to maximize profit margins.

· Create algorithms for hyper-local assortment optimization to ensure the right food products are on the right store shelves.

Retail Execution & Automation

· Integrate Computer Vision (CV) tools to automate shelf-monitoring, tracking Share of Shelf (Sops), planogram compliance, and competitor activity from store photos.
