AI & Data Integration Specialist – Finance

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI & Data Integration Specialist who can help us automate manual finance and data processes using AI, Python, APIs and automation tools.

The candidate will work closely with the Finance team to identify manual processes and develop automated interfaces between different business systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify manual finance/data processes that can be automated.
- Develop automation and integrations using Python, APIs and AI tools.
- Extract, transform and validate data from different systems.
- Build interfaces between ERP, PMS, POS, banking and other business applications.
- Automate Excel/CSV-based processes and reporting.
- Use AI/OCR tools for invoice and document data extraction.
- Work with the Finance team to understand accounting requirements and data mapping.
- Test, troubleshoot and maintain automation solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.





Required Skills

- Strong Python programming skills.
- Positive knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and system integrations.
- Good SQL and data handling skills.
- Practical knowledge of AI / Generative AI tools.
- Experience with automation and data processing.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of double-entry accounting / finance processes.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Exact, AFAS, Dynamics, Yuki or similar.
- Experience with PMS/POS or payment systems.
- Experience with Power Automate or similar automation platforms.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who can understand both technology and business/finance processes and independently convert manual processes into reliable automated solutions. Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
