- BI Implementation Manager to support the delivery and adoption of digital transformation initiatives across quality and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to drive AI and Business Intelligence (BI) projects from planning through deployment and adoption. The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, project coordination, communication excellence, and the ability to create high-quality executive presentations and project materials. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and multiple initiatives run in parallel.

Key Responsibilities 1. AI &

- BI Project Implementation Support the delivery of AI and BI initiatives from concept through deployment. Gather, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams. Coordinate activities between business users, developers, data teams, and external partners.

Support User Acceptance

Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and deployment readiness. 2.

• Change Management Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies. Organize workshops, project reviews, demonstrations, and adoption sessions. Develop communication plans to support project launches and user adoption.



Drive engagement activities to ensure successful rollout of new tools and processes. Follow up on actions, risks, dependencies, and project milestones. 3.

Business

Intelligence &

• Performance Reporting Support the creation and enhancement of dashboards and reporting solutions. Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights. Work with data owners to improve data quality and reporting consistency. Prepare management reports and executive summaries.
- Communication &
- Executive Storytelling Create skilled PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, governance meetings, and project updates. Develop clear and concise business communications, newsletters, training materials, and user guides. Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals and messages. Support the preparation of business cases, implementation plans, and project documentation. 5.

• Governance Maintain project plans, action trackers, and status reports. Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks when needed. Ensure project documentation remains current and well organized. Support governance reviews and leadership reporting activities.

Experience supporting global or cross-functional projects is preferred.

Skills / Education Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management Strong PowerPoint and Executive Presentation Development Dashboard and Reporting Experience (Power BI or similar tools) Understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Business Intelligence concepts Change Management and Communication Planning Workshop Facilitation and User Engagement Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Preferred Technical Exposure Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity solutions Basic understanding of data analytics and process improvement Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 4-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, project implementation, analytics, or related roles. Nice to Have Experience creating training videos, demos, or adoption content. Exposure to AI, analytics, quality, manufacturing, customer service, or operational excellence domains.
