AI Architect GCP/Gemini

Experience 16+ years overall IT experience, with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform/Gemini.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Architect – GCP/Gemini to design and lead enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform/Gemini. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, Python, GCP services, data platforms, and AI solution architecture.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and technology leadership to define AI strategies and build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define AI/ML architecture and technical strategy for enterprise applications.
- Design scalable Generative AI and LLM-based solutions using GCP.
- Architect end-to-end AI platforms covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI solutions.
- Work with Google Vertex AI, Gemini models, Model Garden and other GCP AI/ML services.
- Design AI solutions using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc and related GCP services.
- Lead development of AI applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.




- Define architecture for LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases and AI agents.
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning and continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, performance, reliability and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build AI-ready data pipelines and data platforms.
- Evaluate new AI technologies, models and frameworks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor AI/ML engineers and architects.
- Participate in client discussions, architecture reviews, POCs and technical presentations.

- GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification
- GCP Skilled Machine Learning Engineer certification
- Experience with Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic or other foundation models
- Experience building enterprise AI copilots and intelligent assistants
- Experience with AI agents and multi-agent architectures
- Experience with Responsible AI, AI security and model governance
- Experience in BFSI, healthcare, retail or other enterprise domains
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience

EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline.
