Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Agriculture Trainer to provide agricultural training, product demonstrations, and technical guidance to farmers, distributors, and field teams. The candidate should have practical knowledge of farming techniques, crop management, organic farming, and soil health.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct agricultural training sessions for farmers, distributors, and field staff.
- Explain organic farming techniques, crop management, and soil improvement methods.
- Provide guidance on the proper use of agricultural products and fertilizers.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops.
- Educate farmers about soil health, pest management, and sustainable farming practices.
- Identify farmers’ agricultural problems and provide appropriate technical guidance.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for agricultural product promotion.




- Collect farmer feedback and prepare training and field visit reports.
- Develop training materials and presentations related to agriculture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and distributors.
- Travel across Gujarat as required for training and field activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of agriculture and farming practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward language.
- Practical field knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Proficiency in Gujarati is preferred; Hindi and English communication skills are an advantage.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in agriculture, farmer training, or agricultural product promotion.
- Freshers with good agricultural knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
