Snowman Logistics is one of India's leading temperature-controlled logistics companies, with a pan-India network of 48 locations across frozen, chilled and dry warehousing. We're looking for a seasoned HR leader to own our people agenda across a multi-location workforce of on-roll and contract staff.

? What you'll do

- Lead HR strategy, manpower planning and talent acquisition across sites

Run HR operations, statutory compliance, PMS cycle
- Manage industrial relations, contract labour and manpower vendors with full compliance
- Drive employee engagement, retention and talent development
- Own HR policies, employee relations and grievance handling
- Partner with senior leadership and lead the HR team

✅ What you bring
- 12–16 years in HR,



ideally in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or other multi-location operations
- Robust hands-on IR and labour law expertise (CLRA, PF/ESI, Shops & Establishments, new Labour Codes)
- Proven HR leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to combine strategy with on-ground execution
- Excellent communication and team management
