Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) | MBA in Construction/Project Management is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.

Track project progress, budgets, cash flow, and resource planning.

Review BOQs, drawings, contractor bills, and project specifications.

Monitor cost and schedule variances (EVM) and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, QS, and Quality teams for timely project execution.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Mandatory Skills

Experience in high-rise residential real estate projects.

Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project (MSP).

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, BOQs, cash flow, and resource planning.

Positive understanding of IS Codes, construction specifications, and project scheduling.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
