- Lead the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Oversee manpower planning, vendor management, outsourced manpower, and succession planning.
- Ensure statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, and PMS implementation.
- Drive training, employee development, organizational culture, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, HR analytics, and reporting.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Education and Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with experience leading the HR function in

a mid-to-large organization.
- Experience in strategic HR, HR operations, talent development, employee engagement, and

business stakeholder management.
