Lead civil infrastructure development and maintenance at our manufacturing plant, ensuring timely expansion, secure facilities and reliable operations.

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory.

Experience: 15+ years in industrial civil projects and plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute plant expansion projects, including buildings, industrial sheds, equipment foundations, roads and drainage.
- Lead preventive and breakdown civil maintenance, structural repairs and infrastructure upkeep.
- Manage BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, tendering, contractor performance and bill certification.
- Ensure project timelines, construction quality, safety and applicable statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with production, engineering teams and consultants to minimise disruption to plant operations.

Ideal Candidate: A strong leader with hands-on experience in industrial construction, civil maintenance, project planning and contractor management.
