Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AGM-Accounts (CA-SAP) role based in Raipur. The role involves overseeing the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and statutory compliances in line with applicable regulations and corporate policies.

The AGM-Accounts is expected to manage monthly and annual closing activities, prepare and review financial statements, and support audits by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires extensive use of SAP for recording, analyzing,



and reporting financial data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of information. The role also includes monitoring internal controls, supporting budgeting and cost analysis, and providing financial insights to management to aid decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Qualified qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong grounding in accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP S4/HANA
- Proven experience in corporate accounting, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors, including exposure to cost accounting and inventory control.
- Ability to interpret and apply Indian accounting standards, statutory requirements, and compliance regulations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and management teams.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor accounting teams, delegate responsibilities, and ensure process discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other business productivity tools to support analysis, reporting, and presentation of financial information.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial and organizational information.
- Relevant work experience in a similar senior accounting or finance role; exposure to global supply chains or export-oriented businesses is an advantage.
