Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop project scope, project charters, project plans, communication plans, and status reports.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, advantages, quality, and resource allocation.
- Track project deliverables to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Support budget forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and project financial planning.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and challenges proactively.
- Define quality objectives, KPIs, and project success criteria.
- Drive change management initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
