About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agent Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting real estate agents in the US market . The ideal candidate should understand the US real estate industry, have proven experience connecting with and recruiting real estate agents, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

This role requires someone who can confidently engage with US-based real estate professionals, build relationships, identify potential recruitment opportunities, and drive agent recruitment efforts through consistent outreach and follow-ups.

Important: Only candidates with prior experience in recruiting real estate agents in the US market should apply. General recruitment experience without US real estate agent recruitment experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Sourcing & Recruitment

- Identify and source real estate agents across the US market.
- Connect with potential agents through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Engage agents to understand their professional background, current affiliation, and interest in new opportunities.
- Explain the value proposition and benefits of joining the organization.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified agent prospects.
- Follow up consistently with prospective agents and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Communication & Relationship Management
- Conduct professional conversations with US-based real estate agents.
- Build rapport and establish credibility with agents and real estate professionals.




- Clearly communicate recruitment opportunities and address questions or concerns.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a relationship-focused approach.
- Maintain a high standard of spoken English with a clear, neutral, and easily understandable accent suitable for conversations with US-based professionals.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of agent outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and recruitment progress.
- Update candidate statuses and maintain an organized recruitment pipeline.
- Track daily and weekly recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on outreach performance, agent responses, and recruitment results.

Required Experience & Skills
- Prior hands-on experience in US real estate agent recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the US real estate industry and agent ecosystem.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and recruit real estate agents.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and professional accent.
- Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in conducting outbound calls and engaging US-based professionals.
- Strong objection-handling, follow-up, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools is preferred.





Work-From-Home Setup Requirements Candidates must have a professional and reliable work-from-home setup, including:
- A laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.
- A working webcam and camera-enabled setup for video meetings and internal discussions.
- Good-quality headphones or a professional headset with a clear microphone.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for making outbound calls.
- The ability to maintain professional communication and participate in video meetings when required.

Working Hours The role follows a US-aligned shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST . Candidates must be comfortable working these hours consistently. Who Should Apply?
